    Thank you Rachel and Team for your professionalism and above all, honesty. I can’t speak highly enough of this place, I would certainly get ripped off by going somewhere else but you have amazed another customer by your services. My car was turning into a microwave this summer and now it’s back to normal blasting cold air again.
    100% recommended.

    I can't speak highly enough about Coolcar Onehunga. The owner, Miles, is an absolute gentleman, as are the others who work there. The entire process was a fine example of customer care, expert knowledge, well priced work, very informative, and above all — HONESTY! These guys would never rip you off. Everything they promised they delivered, and they hunted down the best priced parts. Their attention to detail was fantastic.

    Miles provided a comprehensive overview of the potential issues, then provided a detailed costing to repair and carried out the work on agreed timing. Rachel and Miles are a great team and keep you informed throughout.

    Good people here — only had an assessment done with a minimal cost to check if a larger aircon repair would be worth it (in this case it wasn't) but would definitely get future work done at this place

    Highly recommended Mile and Rachel!

    As most of mechanician knows what’s happening but most of the customers don’t, so actually the patience and honest is the things that makes difference for workshops.

    Rachel is so friendly and welcoming, and Mile patiently explain to me what’s going on as I’m using English as my second language. And they always make sure you know what’s caused the problem and what’s gonna happen next, and give you a quote before they do it.

    Services were all completed on time as scheduled. Myles took the time to explain to me all the issues and parts involved, and the reasons to keep up with your AC maintenance. Transparent pricing. I will return for my next AC service.

    Wonderful Service from the receptionist (lady) and from the man (guessing he's the boss?)

    Took my 1995 corrolla in for some diagnostic regarding the A/C and he checked it out free of charge!! Quick, easy and very professional. Explained everything so well, I wish most of the mechanics were like them… I was able to find the problem quickly!!

    Thank you sooo much! Will definitely come again next time and recommend to others!! Five stars from me!!!
