    Great customer service over the phone and in-person, my Mazda was throughly cleaned and well serviced. All the little checks I requested for are also completed as part of the yearly servicing. Thanks to the Mazda team for my yearly car servicing and for the gentle text reminders.

    I am a little disappointed! I have a Hybrid car which has done 86000 km's & made a request specifically to give me an update on the health of the main battery's life. This was not done & left me exasperated as I was told the worshop has said nothing which means all's well. I could've taken the car for an oil & filter change for half the price to any mechanic. But the intention was to get the battery checked. Also, the car wasn't dried properly after being washed & now has water stains on most of … – show

      Hi Sunil sorry to hear this, thanks for your review and for letting us know what has happened. Our service team have informed us that they scanned your system with their Mazda diagnostic system and everything came back fine but are happy to come out to you and scan it with you in person to confirm this. Our service manager has tried to be in contact twice so could you please get back in touch with us on 0800 114 443 and ask for the Mazda service department.

    I love South Auckland Mazda for servicing and repairing my car. I once tried a different dealer for a service and won’t make that mistake again. Very efficient, reliable, friendly and helpful people and they gave me a lovely drive car too. Five stars and a big thumbs up from me!

    Great quick and efficient service by the team there. i booked my car in, they had it inspected within 30 mins. They gave me a price, had the part in stock and fitted within another half hour. Fantastic service and i was driving off again about an hour after i arrived. Thanks to the team there at South Auckland Mazda.
