I booked a one night stay as it was close to where I needed to be.. I received a text giving me the code to the lockbox for the key. This is the ONLY key and must be left in the lockbox for other guests. There is NO heating throughout the house, apart from heat lamps in the bathroom. It was cold!
There was electric blanket on the bed,the controls were not in english. The mattress was very hard, I kept waking with hip discomfort!
There appeared to be many electric multiplugs in use throughout th e house and in my bedroom, I wondered if they met NZ standards as they were a type I have never seen before. (I have an electrician in the family).
It was VERY overpriced for what you got, wondered if prices had been hiked as it was weekend of All Blacks V Lions final test!
I would not recommend this to anyone and would not stay here again … – show
