First time visit for a coffee on our walk and was disappointed as looked nice from the outside. We had two coffee's & it came in a small cup with I guess less than 150mls of milk & was not even hot. My friend asked for her order of trim without chocolate & came with it. My coffee was $8 & I am unsure if that was for my Almond milk as my friend paid. Our coffees finally arrived after having to chase them up.
We will NOT be going back as there are alot more places for coffee on Ponsonby Road.

In for afternoon drinks but there was a delay… & then another. We watched another table get served well, so it is possible, just not an experience I've had firsthand.

Attended a spoofing function host was excellent service was outstanding.

The bouncers there are needlessly rude and seemed to make up arbitrary rules just to mess with people for sport. Worst experience with bouncers ever and I did not deserve it at all — I did absolutely nothing wrong, wasn't drunk and the place was not overcrowded.

Bouncers are on a power trip. Never in my life have I witnessed such unreasonable bouncers for no good reason at all.

The staff at Longroom went above and beyond to accomodate our group for a birthday party when another venue cancelled. The staff are kind, generous and incredibly hard working. 100% recommend Longroom for any occasion!

Fomos para assistir o jogo do Allblacks, lá tem vários telões, equipe prestativa e variedades de cervejas!! Após o jogo entrou um DJ muito legal que agitou a noite, ficou bem cheio e divertido!!! Quero voltar!!
