A very unassuming venue with stellar food (waffle chicken burger gets a special mention!). We went on a very quiet evening. Service was excellent. We would definitely be keen to head back to try something else on the expansive menu!

Not bad. Food is not really worth it but drinks are good and people are friendly enough. Note you can not enjoy happy hour there unless you are there to drink every day… lol so be prepared to spend your bucks. I dont think they should keep going…

Always some good beers to try. Not cheap. Staff very good.

Great little pub tucked away just outside of Northcote. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The Sunday roasts are Great, highly recommend this place on a Sunny day.

Could you please put the basil after baking when you make a Margherita?

Great pub meals, burgers are awesome, highly recommend the works burger.

The pub does show it's age, dating back to when smoking indoors was a thing, so there is still the lingering odour of ciggies, but the beer is cold and the food is good, so…

I cannot overstate how much I love the cider from here — every flavour is delicious. Cosy little corner where you can see the murals from the cans and great spot for a drink. We came on a weekday and it’s peaceful (piece- o-pie-ful even). Cider…

Fun place. Average pub fare for a good price. Very friendly staff and a quality heritage vibe. Highly recommended.

Love it++ good beer, friendly cosy pub. First Thursday each month, they close the street, food trucks, market stalls, music.....and the people. Went to see my mate play a few disks. Can't wait to go back. Hey Andrew!

It took 25min to take our order and it was not even that busy and another 10min for them to bring water. Food was not bad not good, I will not come back to eat, but would come back just for drinks and the view.

Great staff — really friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and not too expensive — for New Zealand restaurants. Highly recommended

Great bar for parties and events. Parking may be meh but its worth a bit of a walk when the place is this good. Love to thank Jonas for serving all my guests, alone until late night, absolute champ. Great guy

Good pub, good service and beer

Such a vibe.
A little on the warm side, but the drinks and throwback nibbles make you forget that. Cute lighting and decor, stay and chat for hours.
