Firstly: Mums, do not come here. There is NO CHANGING TABLE in the bathroom. I had to change my baby on the floor — gross.

Secondly: there are a few very kind people who work here including the chef, who is totally lovely. But on the whole, the service is horrible — nasty people who try to hide their rudeness behind the yoga health vibe.

A couple weeks ago, we came in for lunch. Not many free seats, but an ideal spot on the end of a big table with plenty of space for our pram. The server actua

      Hello Marie,
Firstly we would like to say sorry to hear of your experience at Little Bird, your feedback has been passed onto our team.

Our staff always do their best to accommodate the needs of all customers (including helping out with those off menu requests) and some customers still prefer to have a bit of social distancing which we allow where possible.

Unfortunately in terms of baby changing, we are constrained by our small space and old brick walls

Feel free to contact us directly if yo

      Hi M,
We would love to know more about your coffee experience! We’ve worked closely with Peoples coffee to find the perfect organic roast, which we think pairs well with oat milk and our house made nut milks. Feel free to email summerst@littlebirdorganics.co.nz

This has become one of my favourite restaurants. The food is so delicious that you almost forget you're eating vegan. Their desserts are so awesome, especially their pumpkin pie.
They make the amazing soups. The other day I had a Thai style beetroot soup and it was the best soup I've ever had!
100% recommend. Not giving 5 stars only because they are quite pricey!

      Hi Christine,
Thanks for the lovely feedback on our food! Unfortunately due to the rising cost of ingredients and our dedication to making things in house and by hand our prices reflect these factors.
      Thanks,
      LB

Good atmosphere, although I think all the steps made it very difficult for the wait staff to do they're jobs properly

      Hiya Ben,
Thanks for the 4 stars. The stairs a little tricky but we try to make the best of what we’ve got!
Let us know how we can improve for your next visit!

This is such a warm, snuggly cafe on a cold day. Love the food, it is so unique and delish, there is nothing like it in Auckland. The Kimchi Pancake stands out for me. The servers are super friendly and calming, but do not come here if you want a quick bite. It takes a long time to get seated, get a menu, get served and it is russian roulette as to when your food will come out. Settle in and enjoy the ambience!

Excellent menu and lovely staff in a cosy little spot tucked away in Ponsonby.
Coffee and smoothies are awesome, especially the “Magic Mushroom Mug” with a shot of coffee.

This place is the best. We love coming here because of our organic vegetarian food. Always fresh and delicious. Who would believe that vegetarian food can be so delicious?

Best vegan cake that we've ever eaten so far.
Helpful staff regarding our nut allergy.

Took over 20 mins to make TWO Kimchi Korean pancakes with salad and staggering price tag of $23! As a Korean, this is unacceptable since there's nothing Korean about it.. Hardly any Kimchi, drenched in sauces, and topped up with tons of salad. I am starting to get really annoyed with cafes that's serving Korean Fusion items and absolutely butchering it. Have you or your chefs even tasted the real Korean pancakes??

Always love the food here. Lovely people too. I have a few favourite go to menu items, but like to try the daily specials board items too.

By continuing their “inclusive” policy of hiring and serving unvaccinated guests they show their disregard and ableism towards the elderly and immunocompromised. Great vegan food, terrible ableist attitude. Unfortunately common in vegan circles, not showing compassion to vegans with health issues forcing them into isolation from the community. Indulging in conspiracy theories and selfish unrealistic ideals that if you're just healthy enough you won't get sick or need a vaccine. Promoting the ide – show
