    A good selection of hats and a no-pressure atmosphere. I was quite particular about buying a felt hat of a particular style for bashing about in the NZ bush. The person who helped me (possibly the owner I think) was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Her understanding of the various fabrics, designs, and what-works and what-doesn't, helped me make a better choice than I would have previously.     To the Hattitude Team! You guys are legends! If you're after a NZ company that does service 10/10 and the products they sell are 10/10, then you just have to check these guys out! From the first email to the super fast delivery and finally to the product itself; awesome! Highly recommend Hattitude and the crew!     Excellent staff, very helpful and a good variety of styles. Even had something to fit my enormous head. They are a bit expensive overall but given the location it really isn't surprising. Given the climate on our trip I was actually glad I forgot my hat as it wasn't nearly as well ventilated as there one recommend here.

    Very rude staff, still bit shocked as I was told that if I try the hat, but if I don’t buy, it would cost me 20 dollars. Quite disappointed and I don’t know if it’s actually legal to do so. Very very poor customer service,

    Damn good shop for the stuff to put on your noggin. Fine range of hats in all shapes and sizes. But hold the phone the lady that runs the place is 10 her manner makes shopping at Hattitude a joy and a pleasure.

    Beautifully and lovingly set out and presented with a real emphasis on quality. A lot of the hats are sourced from manufacturers who've been in the business for over 100 years. Apparently the last traditional hat store in the country!
