    Had our daughter's 6th birthday party here and all the kids (from 3yo+ to 9yo+) had an awesome time. The trainers/hosts were amazing with the children and were able to organise activities and games that all the kids enjoyed. The birthday package which includes 2 hours exclusive use of the venue and 1.5 hours of tailored activities based on the preference of the birthday child offers great value. While there is no birthday room to use, there is enough space in the venue for adults to hang around … – show

    Great place for a birthday party! My daughter and her friends had so much fun. The instructors were enthusiastic and created a fun, energetic party vibe for them all.

    We have just had our daughters 6th birthday party here. Wow what an amazing experience for them. Kids all had a fantastic time and the staff were amazing, couldn't of asked for anymore. Thanks So much flow.

    My son and his friends all love going to the drop in sessions on the weekends. The staff are friendly and Ed, in particular is great at showing them tricks to improve their skills. Perfect spot for your 10 year olds to burn off their energy.

    I love flow, I enjoy flow and it has one of the best holiday programs, with super fun workshops.

    As I've said on the Flow Albany page — please bring it to Sydney!!! This is the best place. State of the art equipment, passionate instructors and cool music. Adults and kids seem to equally have a fun time.

    A great class for learning parkour and tumble. The room is slightly small so there's little standing room but they make the most of the space
