    I could not have asked for a better experience or result. They were very helpful and responded promptly to all my many questions. They accommodated my time frame. I never imagined they could achieve the results that they have. I am absolutely thrilled and have booked them in for an annual clean.

    Stephen came to give me a quote and was very helpful in his suggestions of what needed to be done, to solve my deck problems in Algies Bay. He went above and beyond, in coming out at the first opportunity to view the deck and answered all my questions. He even made a very helpful sketch to help with me in my decision making. I would not hesitate to use this company and have every confidence that Deck Refresh is the best! Many thanks for your amazing help, deck refresh!

    The Deck Refresh team were fantastic to deal with. Stephen was very responsive and talked us through the various options to make our deck look amazing again, then delivered 100% on what he said he would do. I can't recommend highly enough.

    Stephen was simply awesome to deal with — totally professional, on time, super knowledgeable and also really environmentally-conscious, which is crucial these days and for anyone dealing with cleaning products for our planet. Would highly recommend anyone wanting their decks done, get on it and use these folks. Our place is looking epic and back to new!

    This is customer service at its best!! This was a big challenge for Stephen as I had tried to do this myself (bad move), needless to say it was an absolute mess. The project threw up a few unforeseen hurdles along the way and Stephen took them all in his stride, assessing the problems and coming up with workable solutions to every one.     Fantastic company! Stephen has a great work ethic and had great advice for making our deck how we wanted it but with less future maintenance and effort.

    After a train wreck of trying to stain the deck myself it turned out shocking. Deck refresh to the rescue, Stephen was great to deal with,very informative and a nice guy, he even gave advice on how to fix it if we didn’t end up using him. Deck got fully sanded back and couple coats of oil and looking really really good, Highly recommend Deck Refresh to anyone

    Stephen was very detailed with the deck, just like how an owner of the deck would have done so, too. This is a valuable character that I only saw a few has as tradies.

    Anyone can do their own deck, sure. However, you’d be much happier to get Stephen in and do it for you, as the result will be professional unlike what you’d get if you just hire the tools and try to do it yourself.

    We have an old timber deck in our house that has seen better days… after the excellent service provided by Stephen from Deck Refresh, he managed to regain to our deck the shine of the good days of the past.....
    He was punctual, straight forward and did a fantastic job with a very competitive price. We will certainly work with him again.
