I have had two rings made at Ellerslie Jewellers and I have been thrilled. Most recent ring just last month. The rings are unique and enhance the diamonds I have used. I found Russell really worked hard with me to get the design right to suit me. Very happy and everyone notices and comments on how beautiful the rings are. Totally recommend using their services.

I need to put this out there, I have been dealing with High end Jeweller's and Manufacturing Jeweller's for decades in Auckland, and I need it to be known that the team at Ellerslie Jeweller's are possibly the most helpful and courteous people to deal with. They are always going the extra mile and no job is to big or to small, I highly recommend them to all who know me, and find these odd negative posts are likely from people who have no idea what it takes to deal with Companies that have in tegrity. … – show

I got a recommendation from a friend and then had a pleasant experience, great customer. Had 2 engagement rings adjusted and took 10 days to be ready, reasonably price.

I had a ring recently designed and made with Ellerslie Jewellers. I wanted something a little different and a little edgy and I sent many pictures to John trying to explain the look I was after. Thank goodness he is so patient and so clever! He knew exactly what I was wanting and got it exactly spot on! Thank you so much John, it is absolutely stunning and I am thrilled:))

Very friendly help ful knowledgeable service. Beautiful jewellery to look at and admire much of which is made in site. Large clean well set out premises.
