    TJ has A+ service! I have dealt with TJ for a number of purchases and no longer purchase jewellery from any other jeweller. Delivery of the end product is ALWAYS to a very high standard and he has awesome communication throughout the process. He is so welcoming and friendly to all his customers! 100% recommend!

    Super fantastic, nice boss, amazing sale lady Annie, very friendly. The quality of the gold is No.1 in NZ. Cheap and good. Even cheaper than Hongkong and India. I absolutely will visit there again. The sales lady Annie was so professional and patience. I love her so much!

    TJ is best jeweler in town. I had a unique design in mind for my wedding ring, no jeweler wanted to do it because it’s not an easy setting. Showed the design to TJ he made the exact design that I wanted and it’s clean and came way better than what I had expected. Definitely recommend. Best jeweler ever.

    Went there to find my jewellery but i ended up wasting my time. at the end I felt insulted by the owner/guy that looked at me (at the same time ignoring my presence) like I was an idiot which made me extremely upset.

    WARNING. Absolute cons. Misleading business practices. They give grossly incorrect appraisals on jewellery. Very dishonest. We recommend that you don’t believe a word of the reviews below. They appear fake and read like they have been posted by the business and their friends, not legitimate customers.

    So happy with my purchase, never leaving my neck. I bought a heavy 10kt gold chain for such a reasonable price as a matter a-fact it bet all competition online from US dealers such as Daniel jewelry ect.. even cash converters. the staff are nice and friendly and are more importantly honest straightforward people e.g. pricing and weight estimates. Definitely my new personal jewelry guy and will be purchasing from him again.

    I took my item to the Gold ATM machine at Henderson Mall, was made an offer, which I accepted and gave my bank details etc to get payment.
    I did not receive INSTANT PAYMENT to my account. I waited 6hours and then received an email saying it was gold plated and they would not honour the agreement, for which their machine conveniently did not issue me a receipt for as offered and requested.

    Went to the botany branch “TJ Hand Crafted”.
    Sold a handful of unwanted/broken jewelry. Was completely shocked at the price they offered for my jewelry, I was offered nearly half the price for them by Gold Smart. You will get the best value for your precious metals.
    100% recommended, quick and very easy process.
