I wish websites would update stores that are now permanently closed so trips aren't wasted.

Have dealt with this company multiple times, but to be fair I've never been instore. From reports, I gather their instore service is better than their over the phone service.

The person answering the phone changes around a lot, but predominantly you can tell that English is NOT their native language, which makes for somewhat awkward + difficult conversations! Some staff are better than others.

Last time I went here they did the near opposite of the brief I sent them, which cause heaps of last- minute confusion.

To be fair, I think their USP is that they can do stuff really quickly, so when we're at a pinch for an urgent print job, they do do the trick.

Quality is not their middle name, but they do work well for the super-fast, slightly above office printing capability jobs.

Pro tip: even if you place an order online, via the Warehouse Stationery Website, it'd recommend calling them also, just to ensure that your job gets done. … – show

Without a doubt the Penrose branch store Staffs service is the best in town. I am always greeted with a smile and the staff is very informative and helpful. The copy and print department is my Number 1

Great team that work there. Every one always happy making this a great environment to shop. Stephanie is also a wonderful person in the copy centre always on task and focus. Very bubbly person to be around. What a wonderful store will recommend anyone to shop here.

I always find when I come here there is always an unreasonably long wait to be served. Two people behind the counter serving one customers needs and taking an eternity when I was only looking to print 5 pages. If this wasn’t the closest warehouse stationery to me I’d never come here again. Once I was served my printing took all of about 60 seconds.

Not happy with the passport photo service. Had to pay $20 for 4 pieces of butchered passport photos as the staff was busy talking to her mate while cutting the photos manually without a guillotine, hence the cut was absolutely horrific. Basically, out of the 6 photos, only 2 of them were decent enough to be used. Never returning ever again! Please, PLEASE train your staff!

this was the second warehouse stationary I’ve been to, first was the Wairau Park branch and geez the service of both shops need to improve.. they need to hire more staff on the print&copy section, especially on weekends the shops gets so busy with customers.. came to this shop, ordered printing of pictures, paid the service I was told to wait in few minutes as it was loading and printing, I waited and ask to collect after 35 mins and I was told the other staff did not load the printing, I waited again and I got the pictures in 2 mins! … – show
