    As of June 1st 2022 when I tried to visit this laundry mat is now closed for business permanently with the shop up for new lease

    We go to Laundry to get clothes clean, not dirty and smelly. Are you using recycled water? Throw out your dryers which are also useless- half drying. Old machines old technology. Waste of time and money.

      Hi. You have never been to our laundromat. Please remove your review.
      I will be happy to meet you at our shop and have you explain your problem. I will give you a free wash/dry. Go thru the process and then you can tell me if the problems that you reviewed us on, exist, if the problems are factual we will pay for cleaning your clothes at a launderer of your choice, as well? If its as you say, we will charge you nothing.

    Quite comfortable, clean facilities. The wash was pretty fast, and good. I was alone there on Friday afternoon.

      Hi John. We do not have a “Steal Money” program on our machines. 99% of any problems in our unattended/self-service shop is due to the failure of customers not reading instructions on our board or clothing labels. We have a Helpline number posted in the shop, you obviously did not use that either. Always call or text us immediately, if you need assistance. We received no such call from you. We take all calls within seconds and can have an attendant to assist you at the shop within minutes.

    Super clean washers and dryers. Might be bit confusing to get started the machines. But can figure out in few minutes.

    Easy to use with clear instructions. Clean seating area. Clothes smells nice and clean. Good bargain on Thursday at $7 for 11kg

    machines stop in middle of wash cycle and then need to call these guys to open. always take 4—5 hours just to take out the clothes out of the machines. owner is so grumpy dont want to listen anythings and use abusive words. give my five hours of life back. shame on you

      Hi. This is an outright lie. Obviously a false review. I am never more than 10 mins away and never had a customer wait for more than 15 minutes for any resolution or service in the 3 years we have been open. I am very certain that either you have never been to our laundromat or are being purposefully malicious. Please remove this false post! WSNZ Management- JC

    Easy and very user friendly to use the machines. Washing is little expensive when compared to drying the clothes.

      Thank you Ajay for your honest review. We try to keep costs down as much as possible. We use top quality professional machines and detergents (all inclusive). Our drying times are low because of this.

    Perfect place for your laundry. Make sure to come early, if you want to wash your clothes on special discount ($7) on Tues&Thu from 7AM to 3PM. Place has 4 washing machines and 4 dryers. WiFi is available as well. Washing takes around 30 minutes and drying around 12. No credit cards accepted.
