Our visit today revealed a lot of changes. Great new car parking areas. New cafe, entry and flash new toilet block. So apart from great facilities, not a lot of new stuff. 4 x cheetas, 4 x a type of african antelope, and other new stuff....
My partner and I visiting on Monday the 6th and had such a lovely time! I used to visit the farm when I visited family in Whiti as a kid, and this place is just as cool and fun as I remember, even 7ish years later, if not more.
…and you can guess what they may say. The “Old Private Zoo” that is now the Reptile Park was built on a sloping ridge which has some steeper bits, HOWEVER…

Its ok. Been a few times in the past few years which were way better unfortunately. Place looked tired but understandably they might not have much of a cash flow due to covid in recent times
Was so disappointed. Really doesn't look that great and not many lions or tigers. Enclosures look subpar compared to other facilities. Really expected a lot more especially for the price.
Fabulous. Such a well developed venue. Animals and environment very healthy and happy. Maddie was our friendly host and she supported the children to cuddle a Rabbit and a Guinea Pig.
Fantastic place to stay. Cabins are first rate. Staff are friendly. Everything you need is there. Definitely recommend this place. Walking distance to main center. Nice and quiet.
Lovely outing, kids enjoyed seeing all the different animals and feeding them. We were given bags of pellets to feed some of the animals and were able to buy more. There are picnic tables which would be perfect for a picnic on a sunny day. There's…
